What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Different kind products will be different MOQ.

. For common items, the MOQ can be 3000pcs.

. OEM machine made products, MOQ 10000-60000pcs.

. Handmade products, MOQ 3000-5000pcs.

We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Western Union. For long-term partners, flexible payment terms are available.

🎨 Customization

What can you customize?

We offer full customization: bottle shape, size, color, surface finish (frosted, matte, spray paint, electroplating), and logo printing (screen printing, decal, laser engraving).

Yes! Our design team provides dieline and technical drawings to help visualize your product before production.

Customization costs depend on the complexity of the design. Mold fees apply for new shapes. Contact us for a detailed quote.

📦 Samples

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes, we provide samples for your testing and approval. Sample fees apply but are refundable on bulk orders.

For existing molds, samples take 3-7 days. For new custom designs, samples take 10-15 days.

🚚 Production & Shipping

What is your production lead time?

Standard production time is 25-35 days after sample confirmation. For large orders, we can adjust the schedule to meet your timeline.

We offer sea freight (cost-effective for bulk), air freight (fast), and express (door-to-door via DHL, FedEx, UPS). We’ll recommend the best option based on your location and timeline.

We use standard export cartons with protective padding to prevent damage during transit. Custom packaging is available upon request.

How do you ensure quality?

We will do the production and inspect the goods by sample we both approved. If you have more requirement for the product quality,we should discuss the quality standard before we place the order.Every product is inspected for appearance, dimensions, and capacity.

Our fragrances containers will be wrapped by OPP bag, then 24/48/144 pieces packed into a carton box with egg dividers. Wooden pallets are always preferable while in transportation. In the end, we will add a net at the container door place to protect cargo from falling down when you opening the container door.When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the cargo. If any breakage or defect products were founded, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 15 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
